Very good, prompt action and especially the slim reception guy with glasses is friendly and helpful. Great guest service , and the cleaning service is also doing well. The driver is on time both pick up and transfer . Comfortable rooms. Ideal location.

The airport staff recommended this place to us because we missed our flight and could only rebook the next day, and everyone here was so nice! I believe the owner himself drove to pick us up and helped us carry our luggage. Very clean room. Very convenient for layovers or if you need a place to sleep until your flight. Its quite basic, so bring your own bedroom slippers if you need them, but really it is conveniently located and clean.

Louis runway view was by far the nicest lodging ive had in a month as an american traveling alone for the first time as a civilian. Despite being directly across the street from Phuket international, the location is clean and quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. My only issue was that i couldnt stay longer and couldnt enjoy how relaxing it was because i was sleeping on a padded mat for almost a month! I will definitely be returning to this place!.

The rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We walked over which was about 15 minutes but they do provide free airport pickup. Dont be fooled by the exterior. I highly recommend staying if you have a late arrival.

If you need to catch an early flight or for a few hours of rest before your flight, this hotel is very suitable for you who need to be close to the international airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice, with a tv, refrigerator, shower to freshen up, and a nice comfortable bed.

The rooms are clean, but you have to ask for extra towels. There are only 2 packets of coffee left in the room for 2 people. Good security. The young lady at the front desk is very helpful and pleasant.

Saya pindah dari Phuket dan menyewa tempat ini selama satu malam untuk menyimpan barang bawaan saya hingga penerbangan larut malam. Saya tiba pukul 11:00 tetapi mereka mengizinkan saya menggunakan kamar dan itu sangat membantu! Kami menyewa sepeda motor di dekatnya, pergi ke Pantai Mai Khao untuk menonton pesawat, makan malam, mandi, dan check-out. Mereka membawa saya ke bandara tepat waktu yang saya minta. Kamarnya sangat bersih! Ada fasilitas dan air! Aroma pelembut kainnya begitu menyengat sehingga membuat saya mual.

Menginap satu malam dengan anak-anak. Kamarnya bersih, hotel ini tenang, AC berfungsi dengan baik (walaupun bertiup di tempat tidur di kamar). Sangat dekat dengan bandara. Suara pesawat tidak mengganggu kami sama sekali. Kami tidak mengalami ketidaknyamanan apa pun. Tidak ada lift. Kamar memiliki lemari es, ketel, 2 botol air, kopi, aksesoris shower (sabun, gel, tutup). Tidak ada sikat gigi. Kamar mandi dan pipa ledeng dalam kondisi baik. Tempat tidur dengan tempat tidur keras (kami menyukainya). Sprei berwarna putih salju. Wi-Fi di kamar. TV hanya memiliki saluran lokal. Di dekat hotel Anda dapat menyewa sepeda dan mobil. Ada kafe rumah kecil yang sangat bagus (3 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel). aplikasi Maps disebut 168 house cafe.

Staying there was a wonderful experience, its right in front of phuket airport, so you dont have to walk too far. If you want to stay close to the airport, this will be the best option.

I highly recommend staying here if you have a late flight. Dont be fooled by the outside, its the best room ive ever stayed in for $30. And the pillows were super soft which is a bonus. We were greeted with a great personality and friendly staff. Exquisitely clean and updated rooms, great friendly staff.
