One of the best hotels to stay in when visiting bangkok. Its very close to the city and busy streets. The rooms are luxurious and the service is good. Everything you need is within walking distance. Spacious rooms with all the amenities provided to us. I went to reception to get a bottle of drinking water after 10 or 11 pm, but it wasnt available late at night. But there is a 7 eleven very close where you can buy if you need urgent services.

Additional charge for visitor/guest 800 THB is too much while the room can accommodate extra guest for the night or just few hours. Most hotels don't charge that (penalty). Weather is a call girl or a local friend. Wifi too congested & too many drop outs. No facility for making tea or Cofee in the room except for a kettle only.

We recently stayed at royal benja and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could want. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep. The hotel facilities were topnotch, including the gym, pool, and spa, which allowed us to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. The dining options were also excellent, with delicious food and impeccable service. Overall, our stay at royal benja exceeded our expectations, and we cant wait to return in the future!.

One of the most opulent locations in bangkok is this one. The accommodation was cozy, the rooms were large, and the food was delicious. The staff here was also helpful, and the service was perfect. The only thing i didnt like was the same buffet breakfast every day. It would be nice to have a variety.

Hotel ini merupakan hotel tua namun terawat dengan baik. Sarapannya sangat enak dan banyak orang Asia di dekatnya, serta terdapat banyak panti pijat di dekatnya, Terminal 21 dan Nana Plaza. Meskipun kamar mandinya berbau selokan, namun terdapat bilik pancuran dan bak mandi. Hotel ini tenang dan juga memiliki kolam renang yang bagus. Sempurna untuk liburan 4- 5 hari.

Hotel ini terletak di sebelah Nana Plaza. Terletak di jalan. Suasananya rata-rata. Hotel ini tidak bernyawa, sejak Desember 2023, lantai 19 sedang direnovasi. Namun, stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Sarapannya juga enak.

Saya menginap disini selama 2 malam. Saya pikir tidak ada fasilitasnya, tetapi ada air, sikat gigi, alat cukur, sabun batangan, sampo, sabun mandi, topi, handuk besar dan kecil, tisu, kapas, dan pengering rambut. Ketika saya kembali keesokan harinya, semuanya baik-baik saja. Isi ulang bahkan tanpa memberi tip. Tidak ada piyama atau sabun tangan. Meskipun kamar sudah dibersihkan, ada sikat gigi bekas dan kaos oblong di laci, jadi saya beri rating rendah. Orang-orang di lobi hotel baik dan akan memberi tahu apa pun. Saya pikir lingkungan sekitar agak menakutkan karena ada klub dan toko gelap di sekitar. Saya suka buah-buahan Pad Thai dan Thailand disajikan untuk sarapan.

Sangat kecewa dengan resepsionis yang mengatakan saya belum memesan malam pertama meskipun saya sudah melakukan pemesanan melalui aplikasi. Wanita yang sangat merendahkan yang tidak ada hubungannya dengan bisnis ini. Selebihnya, resepsionis yang sangat komersial dan porter yang menggemaskan. Jika tidak, saya sarankan. Pemandangan kota dan menaranya luar biasa, lokasi sangat strategis. Peremajaan sedikit akan menjadi nilai tambah. Pasangan Perancis.

Hotel yang bagus dengan lokasi yang strategis, kamar yang luas dan kolam renang yang bagus. Namun perlu di perhatikan kembali untuk kebersihan hotel karena sudah tua dan fasilitas sauna yang tidak gratis, kolam renang yang tutup lebih awal dan berisik.

Ini adalah hotel tua namun bersih yang terletak di jalan Arab. Saya menginap di lantai 22 dari 31 dan pemandangan kota sangat bagus. Berjarak sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Nana, jadi ada banyak tempat yang dapat Anda kunjungi dengan berjalan kaki, seperti Pusat Perbelanjaan Asok Station dan Siam World.
