My stay at The Capuchin Hotel was great! I was lucky and was given a room that faced the front so my views were excellent. The room itself is very large. The balcony is huge as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from time of arrival to time of departure. The location is also excellent because it is not located on the main strip, but just off the main road allowing for quiet nights. The hotel is in walking distance to the pier where you book the boat trips to different islands making the location extremely convenient. Thank you to all of the staff members who made my 8 night stay a home away from home. I would definitely return!

Lovely hotel, check in is at the Apple a day resort, didn’t have time to use the facilities there though that’s an option which is nice, pool area looked great. Fantastic room, very clean & new, fridge, kettle etc, great staff, highly recommended

Very good hotel for family holidays! Kids club with activities and babysitters. The food is amazing, the breakfast buffet is one of the best i saw in Thailand overall. Activities have a mini aquapark for kids, a solid gym, and a very good pool. The rooms are quite large and comfortable with balconies. No view from balcony. The only downside is the location. You have to walk about 10 minutes to the beach. But thats not a problem if you like walking around the city.

I recently had the pleasure of taking one of the tours offered by this wonderful agent. They were professional and attentive from the start, addressing all of my questions and concerns with patience and care. The tour itself was absolutely breathtaking. I was able to see so many beautiful sights and learn about the rich history and culture of the island. The agent made sure to tailor the tour to my interests and provided a wealth of information about each stop along the way. I highly recommend this agent and their tours to anyone visiting the island. Hotel yang bagus dengan staf yang sangat baik. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat bagus, hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki dari pantai, toko, dan restoran. Kamar bersih dan luas, didekorasi dengan gaya minimalis, tetapi ada semua yang Anda butuhkan. Selain itu, makanan ringan dan minuman gratis di kamar diisi ulang setiap hari selama pembersihan.

The hotel just opened with a great location. The room is spacious and clean. There are facilities like the gym and the pool in the sister hotel across the street which is fantastic. The bed is comfy and the room is cleaned daily.

Hotel is affordable and clean, room is comfort and big. Staff is friendly as well. The hotel is sharing the facility with Apple A Day Hotel. Daily breakfast at Apple A Day Hotel, and they do have game room there and you may rest there after you check out.

Fint rum rent och frächt, söker ni ett bra boende i form av enbart ett rum så är detta ett jättebra alternativ. Vill ni ha extraservice med pool mm välj något annat. Bra läge och lugnt rimligt gångavstånd till långtail och restauranger vid stranden samt åt andra hållet gatan med butiker. Inget hotell för barnfamiljer men för par o ensamresenär som vill bo bra.

Hadde det supert på dette hotellet! Var i gangavstand til Ao Nang beach, og hadde det vi trengte i nærheten. Var enkelt å komme seg videre til øyer derifra også om man ønsker det. Hotellet var rent, rommene moderne og badet kjempefint! Fikk mye mer enn forventet til en så billig penge. Kan absolutt anbefales!

Hotel ini menawarkan harga yang sangat terjangkau. Kamarnya luas dan sangat bersih. Terdapat mini bar kecil dengan makanan ringan dan air. Layanan yang diberikan sangat baik. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan pusat kota.

The rooms are quite large, well decorated and always very clean. The staff are friendly and very professional at the same time. Parking is always easy to find. I live an hour away and have enjoyed all 4 weekends of staycation at the capuchin.

Great place with a great vibe. The hotel is a complex of two hotels owned by the same company. They have a shared swimming pool and an essential gym on the fourth floor. They provide free bikes to ride around even though its not very popular because everyone prefers scooters. We used them for the entire vacation. They seem to care about every detail, always have new towels by the pool, umbrellas if needed, and a lot of tourist tour companies in the area. The staff was excellent, they handled everything with great attitude. Great place.

Kamarnya luas, kebersihannya ala Thailand, jadi ada noda di tempat tidur dan kamar mandinya juga kurang bersih. Staf sangat kasar, setelah taksi kami tiba satu jam lebih awal dan tidak mau menunggu 10 menit, kami berangkat tanpa kami, staf resepsionis atau kedai kopi menertawakan kami dan membicarakan kami dalam bahasa Thailand. Situasi yang sangat tidak menyenangkan, mereka kemudian bertanya dengan agak bodoh apakah kami masih harus pergi ke bandara dan kemudian menawari kami transfer dengan harga yang jauh lebih tinggi.
