Staf itu berjalan ke arah saya ketika saya hendak kembali ke bus. Dan katanya pelanggannya mengambil bantal? Saya bingung siapa yang mengambil bantal itu. Dan itu adalah bantal di sofa lobi. Tidak di dalam ruangan. Jadi saya bilang saya tidak mengambilnya. Kemudian karyawan tersebut meminta untuk menggeledah bagian belakang mobil. Kami mulai marah. Mengapa Anda datang untuk mencari kami untuk mengambilnya? Akhirnya, pengurus rumah tangga berteriak bahwa dia jatuh di belakang sofa, yang sangat buruk ketika dia datang untuk meminta pencarian. Padahal karyawannya tidak memeriksanya sendiri. Tidak mungkin karyawan mengambilnya sambil mengangkat barang. Sebagai seorang karyawan, bagaimana cara mengambil bantal hotel dan memasukkannya ke dalam mobil pelanggan? Itu jelas tuduhan. Selain itu, saat check-in dikatakan ada 3 mobil. Tapi 2 mobil diparkir. Ada orang lain yang hanya ingin mampir dan ketika temannya datang, penjaga menyuruhnya untuk tidak parkir. Padahal sisa lahan parkir masih banyak. Saat itu, saya tidak bisa menghubungi siapa pun. Penjaga tidak bisa menyelesaikan masalah. Tidak mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik, baik kata-kata maupun nasehat, tidak bisa menelepon siapapun. Itu benar-benar semua. Kecuali untuk layanan.

I stayed from 9 th to 12 th june 2023. The interior is very nice, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The suite we stayed in has a wellequipped kitchen, large dining area, living room, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. The only downside i can think of is that it is a 2 km walk to the nearest train station, and while they have vans to drop you off, it only leaves every hour and is out of service on Sundays. Otherwise, the immediate 1-2 km is full of interesting cafes and restaurants anyway. I would definitely stay here again in the future considering the cost vs value we got.

The apartment is really spacious, with a large dining room that could accommodate 10 people and two large bedrooms. The furniture is new, clean and in good condition. There is also a kitchen and washing machine, basically everything you need at home. The staff are very polite. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

Saya menginap di sini selama 4 hari dan merasa nyaman dan santai. Semuanya dilebih-lebihkan! Dapur, mesin cuci, gym, kolam renang, sky garden semuanya tersedia, dan staf pelayanan juga sangat antusias (seperti orang Jepang) Satu-satunya hal yang disayangkan adalah rumah sedang dibangun di seberang (dimulai pada pagi hari) Dan di pagi hari banyak mobil di jalan, sehingga akan sangat bising jika Anda tinggal di kamar yang menghadap ke jalan raya. Jika Anda berencana untuk tinggal dalam waktu dekat, disarankan untuk menyiapkan penutup telinga Kamar di belakang sangat sepi, tetapi tidak ada TV untuk ditonton. Mungkin akan lebih tenang di lantai yang lebih tinggi? Kami tinggal di lantai 3 7- 11 terdekat berjarak sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki dan terdapat beberapa restoran dan kafe di dekatnya. Saya tinggal di sini selama 4 hari dan merasa nyaman dan santai. Saya akan mempertimbangkan hotel ini lagi lain kali saya datang ke Bangkok.

Saat membuka pintu masuk hotel, saya langsung merasa bersih, wangi dan bersih. Semua housekeeper membantu dan melayani kami sekeluarga dengan sangat baik. Namun, kamar di pinggir jalan berisik dengan mobil yang lewat, tidak terlalu kedap suara. Jika ada kesempatan, saya akan memilih untuk kembali dan menginap lagi.

The apartment is clean and spacious. Much better than most hotels. There is a shuttle bus every hour. The railway station is 5 minutes by bus and 10 minutes by walk.

We stayed in an executive suite which was very spacious. The facilities were good and the staff were very helpful. Plates etc were laid out on the dining table but there were no additional items in the kitchen. The coffee beans around the corner were great. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartmentstyle hotel. Very spacious rooms with a great kitchen. The staff is nice and helpful. There are several fantastic restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The area is a bit highend, so expect the restaurant prices to be high for thailand.

Saya akan kembali lagi lain kali saya datang ke Bangkok. 2 Kamar tidur, 2 ruang tamu, 2 kamar mandi, dan 2 toilet. Ada panci, wajan, sendok, dan spatula di dapur. Bumbu harus dibawa sendiri. Kulkas ukuran sedang dua pintu dapat menjaga semua bahan dingin. A 4. Kompor IH cepat panas. Mesin kopi kapsul Dilengkapi dengan kopi kapsul Starbucks, sangat enak. Tempat tidur king di kamar bisa diputar tanpa gangguan. Tempat tidurnya cukup empuk dan keras. 4 Bantal tinggi lumayan. TV besar dan meja makan besar membuat Anda nyaman untuk makan apa pun yang Anda inginkan. Bathtub besar di kamar tidur utama sangat nyaman. Ada juga rak pakaian dan mesin cuci, yang bisa dijemur keesokan harinya setelah mandi di bawah sinar matahari. Dibutuhkan 20 menit berjalan kaki ke Ekkamai BTS. Tuk-tuk hotel dapat membawa Anda ke Ekkamai BTS, Ekamai Big C, dll. Namun hanya dapat membawa Anda keluar dan Anda harus menjaga diri sendiri dalam perjalanan pulang, itu adalah satu-satunya kekurangan. Jika tidak, sangat cocok untuk tinggal permanen. Staf ramah dan membantu. Deposit 3.000 Baht diperlukan untuk check-in dan akan dikembalikan setelah check-out. Saya akan kembali lagi lain kali saya datang ke Bangkok.
