The beach is covered in trash, which did affect us personally a little. Then, the beach was so filthy. After, our room was lovely. Subsequently, they served cocktails by the pool bar all day. Hereafter, this resort is spotless, and the personnel are incredibly helpful and kind.

The food here is delicious. We only came to eat here, but the chicken burger was delicious! 5 stars! Very good prices too compared to other places on the beach. Very satisfied! I can only say that there is a minimum word count of 200 characters.

This place offers excellent value for the money. The staff is outstanding, and lamai beach is one of our favorites. We chose the villas because they are very spacious, rather than a 4star, roomy unit than an expensive 5star box. If the rooms are renovated, it will probably be pricey out of line in our opinion.

When we arrived, the villa was not immaculately maintained. Additionally, there was a toilet that wasnt flushing. The staff was extremely helpful and quickly resolved the issues.

The first line and the location are unrelated. The breakfast is modest, with a choice of two sets, and each dish has varying flavors from cook to cook. We stayed in secluded villas with jacuzzis. They removed it three times in two weeks. In actuality, none of the guests used this extra option when choosing if to stay. For ages, the villa is ideal for families. Two separate showers and toilets on each floor. When we arrived, there was hardly any lime on the glass in the cabins, which appeared to be taken for photography, but no one attempted to wash it. There is no setting as such as boiling or ice for preparing the water for taking opulent showering, so setting up the waters for an enjoyable shower is merely figuring out the situation. Except for the fact that none staff were present and all the homes were cleaned on one sunday, they were generally wellkept. On request, linen is changed. Near 2 markets, 7/11, Lotus.

The hotel staff are nice, they gave me a free upgrade. The reception staff named onnie, namfon and mean were helpful in booking my bike and sorting out the breakfast and iron box when needed. Breakfast was decent enough and the location is right in front of the beach.

We stayed in the spacious villa 14 and loved it! We spent 11 nights here, and we are very happy with the hotel and the staff. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned well when we asked, pool and deck were cleaned pretty much daily which was necessary after any strong winds that brought down trees debris. When we first arrived, there was a little green, but when told to reception, it was immediately cleaned. Pui and neung behind the bar were fantastic. Both were new to zara beach but couldnt do enough for us, nesung was always happy and enjoyable. Even though there is linguistic barriers, pui was very chatty, clearly accomplished, enthusiastic about his work, every cocktail was an amazing cocktail and took great joy in making them, as did we drink them. Management is clearly making moves to improve the hotels and appears to have some great plans for it. It may even be unrecognizable in ten years, hopefully it doesnt lose its charm. There were some drawbacks, such as smelly drains upon arrival, which soon disappeared after running taps and while the lunchtime snacks were excellent. One breakfast we had was disappointing for the money and you could get better for 3% of the price if you walk down the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and think it is on for bigger and better improvements, some of my negative comments here seem

The resort is truly exceptional! The staff are exceptionally friendly and never fail to provide exceptional service. The main pool is stunning and incredibly tranquil, adding to the overall experience. Rooms and villas are situated in a lush jungle garden setting, providing utmost comfort. It exceeds expectations in every way, surpassing the online photos!.

Our stay was pleasant. The low senson environment is quite serene. Breakfast is delicious - they currently serve french toast or pancakes for example. However, it requires maintenance because the air conditioning produces a lot of noise, as certain things like the taps need to be changed. We had incredibly friendly service from the staff.

The hotel is quite lacking in parking. However, the room and the price are considered acceptable. But i would like to have a barrier between the private pool and walkway. The villa is not particularly private. In terms of price, it is considered excellent inside the space.

The room was tidy and roomy. Whenever we asked for it, the room had been kept spotless. Its convenient because they have a WhatsApp number so you can ask questions instead of going to the front desk. They rent motorcycles for 250 baht per day, which is cheaper than anything else in town. Unfortunately, since everything was rented out, we were unable to rent one.

I had an amazing time at this resort, and it was probably something i will never forget. The location is really unique the villas are in the jungle, the only things you will see and hear are birds and animals, for all those who love nature, like me, its the perfect place to stay. Lamai beach, which is the closest beach on the island, is a great place where to relax. Finally, oh my god, thank you so much to all the staff, they are very kind and always willing to help, from renting bike to traveling from the islands to surat thani airport. Thank you very much, sira, hope to see you again.

The garden villa was spotless! The resort is stunning! - The staff was friendly! Its not working on the pool light! There isnt a fan in the bedroom! We occasionally had to turn off the air conditioning because it was so noisy! Overall, it went well for the reasonable price we booked! However, if you want to spend more money, I would suggest going somewhere else!.

This property is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Set in a secluded beachfront location along the southeast coast of Koh Samui, Zara Beach Resort offers luxurious accommodation surrounded by nature. The villas are surrounded by gardens and have a private decking area. All of the living areas include a flat screen satellite TV and a large sofa.
