Kamar kami tidak pernah dibersihkan dengan benar. Kami harus mengatasi hal ini setiap hari dan tetap saja pembersihannya tidak dilakukan dengan benar. Disedot sebentar (hanya bagian tengah ruangan) dan dilap dengan kain pel yang kotor. Kami berada di sana selama 3 minggu dan wastafel hanya dibersihkan 3- 4 kali. Kulkas rusak. Itu diganti setelah seminggu, setelah permintaan berulang kali. Permintaan kami tidak pernah dipenuhi pada waktu yang tepat. Wanita pembersih itu selalu berbicara sangat keras di ponselnya. Kami bahkan pernah mendapatkan handuk mandi yang robek. Meja sarapan tidak dibersihkan. Satu-satunya hal yang baik adalah ada koneksi bus dan kereta api di dekatnya.

I suggest this hotel for a trip to turkey! In octombrie 2023, two adults and two children stayed at this hotel, which included a kingsize bed and an extended couch. The bathroom and room were immaculate. The receptionists boys were amiable and very accommodating. The hotel is in a good location, close to the tram and metro!.

The rooms are of high quality and have good service. The location is close to tourist areas where you can find the best restaurants and shops. Aksin, the receptionist, is very helpful and supportive. When i go there, i feel safe and warm.

Kamar hotel sangat kecil, apalagi ketinggian plafon sangat rendah. Kamar mandi juga sangat kecil. Kami tinggal selama 3 hari dan kamar bahkan tidak dibersihkan. Setelah hari kedua kami bertanya, lalu mereka menulisnya dan tidak membersihkannya lagi keesokan harinya. Pada hari terakhir kami bertanya lagi kepada mereka dan kemudian mereka mencoba menggambarkan kami sebagai pembohong karena petugas kebersihan mengatakan bahwa kami menyuruhnya untuk tidak membersihkan kamar. Sarapannya enak, tapi ada staf yang sangat kasar yang duduk di ponselnya dengan suara keras dan senang. Satu-satunya hal yang baik adalah harganya yang murah. Secara keseluruhan saya tidak akan merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Sangat menyenangkan bisa menginap dengan tenang. Sarapannya sukses banget, hotelnya bersih, kamarnya luas dan sangat bagus. Dari segi lokasi, transportasi umum ada di ujung jari Anda, sehingga Anda dapat mengunjungi sisi Eropa tanpa mobil dan kembali ke hotel dengan mudah. Staf ramah dan penuh perhatian.

I suggest it. Nice hotel in the heart of fatih. 5 minutes walk to the metro, and transportation is nearby. The rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning for the summer and a heater for winter. The bathroom is also nice and tidy. The staff speaks english. The single room was small and lacked a window, which is fair to some extent given the cost. However, the double room is a good size and has a window. A minor drawback could be that the area around the hotel is old and not the most attractive place, but for me, this isnt a big deal because i will be staying at the hotel anyway and going there mostly for sleep and going wherever i want during the day.

The location is excellent, but the customer service is subpar. The hotel staff occasionally mistreats customers. Breakfast is served at 8 am, which is late because my job starts at 8 am and the staff would keep annoying me by coming earlier. The staff speaks english, and some of them are helpful.
