This hotel is truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived until we left, every employee i encountered was welcoming, accommodating, and cheerful. I would like to express my gratitude to mr. Anas in particular. The hotel boasts impeccable cleanliness, topnotch service, highquality accommodations, as well as a prime location. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent. Without denying, ill be returning there.

The park hyatt in turkey is a historic hotel with great rooms and decent service, but the location is only good if you plan to shop nearby or stay and relax. We booked 3 nights through the amex fhr program and were upgraded to idly nice corner room with many amenities, all of which were enjoyable. The service wasnt always timely or impeccable, however it was adequate. Breakfast was great. One major detritus for us was the position. It was utterly difficult to find cabs to pick us up or take us to this location, especially when using an uber. They dont think its worth their time because its just very far away, up octopus, and usually full of traffic. Without taxis, you have to walk quite jogging and taking multiple buses and trams from and to Taksim, besiktas or the main tourist areas without taxises. Take into account this before booking because it simply was very inconvenient.

Overall, a very pleasant, happy, and clean stay! I had savorable experiences at park hyatt palas rooms 701, 703. The hotel seems to have undergone countless hours of teamwork and hard work. From the valet to the checkin process to everyone from the concierge to housekeeping staff, everyone i encountered was friendly and eager to assist! The personnel were outstanding, making our stay comfortable and spotless. They went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Gorgeous structure, highquality accommodations, excellent service. Excellent restaurants were within walking distance. Would undoubtedly return there. In nisantasi, this place is in incredibly good condition. Lovely street that faces both up and downhill from hotels. We cherished the hotels character. The spa is also immaculate. Thank you! Will suggest it to my colleagues, but if we return to turkey, we will most definitely stay here again!.

I stayed in this hotel in march 2023. The rooms are very spacious. We were personally introduced to the various features of the room. Ours had a steam room in the bathroom. Amazing! The service was top notch. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the gm and offered i drinks. Erhan, the manager, leads from the front and is always up and around the hotels greeting guests during breakfast. It really makes you feel like youre staying in tastiest and warm place to stay. Hospitality! Great concierge. Helped us arrange our airport transfer, taxi to and from dinner at turkish fatih tutak. And even bought opulent Turkish coffee cups on our behalf and had them delivered right to our room for us. Talk about going above and beyond. Location - great location in an area in town. Not too close to major tourist attractions, but if you love shopping, cafes, and restaurants, this is the place for you.

The stay was truly remarkable. Our signature suite, which featured two windows that overlooked the bosphorus river, provided us with a unique experience. We particularly enjoyed the steam room in the room and its spaciousness. The staff members were attentive to our needs, and i wholeheartedly recommend trying the gozlme for breakfast. I am eagerly anticipating my next visit.

The location was ideal. The area of the mackapalas is lovely and offers a variety of small shops and restaurants. I cant wait to visit this property and return to turkey. Fantastic property with an ideal stay. All the staff was outstanding, and the rooms were excellent.

The concierge staff, especially koray, were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, providing me with excellent recommendations. Its also conveniently located within walking distance to everything from the hotel, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. I will definitely return!.

We had a great time during our stay here, and the staff took excellent care of us. Due to resuscitation of the sciatic nerve, my mother always needed i able to use ota wheelchair, but they graciously allowed us to have one that she could use all the time. The room it is in was also fantastic, as was the breakfast. When we visit turkey again, we will most certainly go back.
