Great location but hotel room very dated. Was informed food on until 2145. Enquired at 2035 to find kitchen closed. Room clean but very dated. Lovely helpful staff

As usual, this is the best value for money. The only slight complaint about the particular room we were in was that the temperature was too hot and appeared to be above the kitchen. This is an undesirable place in summer, but it was still the ideal place when the temperature was chilly.

I have been in a very decent hotel. This one was very good in terms of cleanliness and decor. This hotel has very good service from staff. The hotel restaurant serves a fine menu. The service bar is also excellent. We got the older room, which is very small for a double.

Very beautiful hotel. I paid extra for a garden view, but am glad I did as there was scaffolding all over the back, so I didn't get a view. The room was very nice, but the bathroom needs attention, and the shower was terrible. Food was very basic, surprised we were not allowed fruit juice coral even if we didn't have a cooked breakfast. Jess was very polite and helpful. Ideal place to stay to explore and see as there are many things to see. Local buses are good.

This hotel has a good bus and I can go to other parts of the island too. The staff are very helpful. The food is very good and welcoming. I didn't notice the pool, but he added another seat which was ok. The place is clean.

The management of this hotel is fantastic. This is our third time staying at this hotel for dish holiday by coach from the West Midlands. We requested a room on the terrace and were given one! Despite the room being fairly small and occasionally dark, we preferred this room to one in the main hotel. separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a very comfortable bed, with small to and plenty of tea and coffee amenities. Unfortunately, free WiFi is only accessible in the hotel areas and not in the rooms. Our restaurant was in the conservatory, which is separate from the main hotel restaurant. Breakfast was 1010 and ryan, the restaurant's server, was well-trained and outstanding in his job as was all the other staff. Clean and tidy bar area with decent nighttime entertainment and reasonably priced beverages with excellent bar personnel. The reception staff is very helpful and polite.

Great little jewel in the heart of Shanklin, service by all hotel team were great. The rooms are outdated but clean throughout. Would say there is a lot of potential. Everything you need is a 5-10minute walk away. Would I stay again... yes.

スタッフはフレンドリーではあるものの、建物がかなり古く、部屋で過ごしていると廊下の音など気になります。滞在者の殆どがリタイアされたお年寄りで、家族連れだとやや浮いてしまいました。朝食付きプランでお願いしましたが、ホテルがそう認識してくれておらず、交渉する必要がありました。コンチネンタルブレックファストはパックランチのような仕様。
