Stellar staff!!! Highly recommend. Has issues with phone charger able to purchase UK compatible one. Phone would not charge needed to catch a bus to Southampton. Able to get a power bank from staff to save the day! Please make sure to give yourself enough travel time from terminal to Premier Inn and vise versa. I will definitely book another stay with Premier Inn. I cannot thank you enough for your attention and upmost customer service. Kudos!!)

Wow, this hotel is a great deal. Easy access to Terminal 4 via covered bridge walkway (tip, the walkway is on the departures level upstairs). Get the £30 meal deal that includes dinner and buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Rooms are very quiet, comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend!

Great stay! Had a 10 hour layover in London landing late and they were able to accommodate! Only issue we had was the water boiler for tea and coffee in the room was moldy and unclean. Overall very good stay, right on terminal 4 so perfect for staying close to the airport!

The hotel met all of our needs for the night before our flight home from Heathrow, and offered a good breakfast. Travelers should be aware that it is a fairly long walk down a connecting passage from Terminal 4 to the hotel check-in, so make sure all your luggage is on wheels.
