Great situation for the shops just a 5/10 minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is good. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean the only thing that is a let down is the bathroom it’s a bit outdated found the shower slippy and no where to put your shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and full cooked breakfast is very good and hot. Didn’t have dinner was not keen on the menu but it might be good for others but not me. Staff are very nice and friendly. Very welcoming.

First time staying here and we weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious and airy , bed very comfortable. Welcome pack was good. Shower was great and bathroom was immaculate. My only suggestion was to add a handrail inside the shower and maybe a small corner shelf for shampoo, conditioner , shower gel it’s much better for someone disabled. Breakfast is a 10/10 cooked well and tasted amazing full cooked breakfast. It’s actually situated perfectly to travel and see other places from. Parking was free and good. It’s very handy for the train station and the retail park for shopping. We are definitely going back again and we can bring our dog which is an extra bonus for us. I don’t drink but my husband does and felt that the bar would be better with tap beers.

I stay in Elgin quite often with work. The room was immaculate and modern unlike a lot of the others around the same price range that are very dated. Staff friendly and an all around good wee hotel.Would recommend and happily stay again.

No regrets at all when I ordered steak and chips and the steak was cooked to perfection with a great pepper sauce. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The price was well worth it! Will definitely come back!

I booked a new, updated room in the main building on the top floor. There was everything you could possibly need in the spacious, clean, and comfortable room. There was a small issue with the shower temperature that couldn't change but this issue was quickly resolved once we advised the reception. I had a great night's sleep. The staff is fantastic. The meal was very good we sat in the bar for an evening meal. Breakfast was great. I will probably stay in this place again when in Edinburgh and would strongly recommend this place. Free wifi car parking is a huge plus.

I recommend finding local service. This place was close to the train station, where it's easy to reach. The service from the staff was awesome. There is a good hotel service at the check in. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good.

The annex is a bit dated and tired but over all the place is pretty decent. The main building is gorgeous and the food was excellent. Staff was very friendly and great to talk too. Would stay again no question.
