My husband and I stayed right before Lunar New Year. The hotel was a welcome respite to the Old Quarter chaos preparing for the celebration. When you walk in, you immediately felt the calm and quiet of the hotel beckoning you to rest. The hotel itself was beautiful with its old world charm. But above all we cannot express how EXCELLENT THE SERVICE WAS. Ms. Mai and her team were exemplary in providing FIVE STAR HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends that visit Hanoi.

The location is excellent. The hotel was stylish, well-maintained, and fun. We loved the rooftop pool and bar with views of the city. The manager named Sadie was excellent and very helpful for us when booking our excursion. The breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed four nights here, and I was impressed right away after being picked up at the airport. Although it was a late arrival, the hotel's friendly welcome, helpful explanation of its wifi password, breakfast, etc. were all positives. Besides that, the surroundings are also close by. Very tidy accommodations and facilities. I was given several ideas for things I could do in Hani or in the surrounding area the following morning. Given a wide variety of excursions available to me, the only option for improvement would be to check what tips might be useful so that you're still carrying the correct amount of cash. There are city plans available, as well as advice on how to avoid being taken advantage of, including suggested taxi services. Every morning, I was delighted with the variety of breakfast options. I'll return shortly, and after learning about my friend's upgrade, I'm eager to try out the next level of luxury in the lodgings. We both received excellent value for our money.

This property is a fantastic location for tourists who want to take in all the action in the Old Quarter. Our room was large, had a large balcony, a spacious bathroom, and was clean. It wasn't ideal because some things which could have been seen as non-important could have been better. One small soap doesn't last three days, one lot of towels were frayed and thin, but the others were fine, the to remote didn't work, there was nothing to explain how the safe operated, and the balcony door could not be effectively locked. Breakfast was adequate and there were omelettes available, but if you want all of the options, it is better to be a little early.

We picked this hotel out of several due to the excellent location, cost, and reviews. The spa express bus stop is only 12 blocks away, and loan Kim Lake and the Temple are only a block and a half away. Our top-floor lake view room was a dream with 2 full windows! A balcony is also wonderful. Although a little strange, the bathroom's translucent walls make the space feel more roomy. Very comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. The desk clerk booked the 5 am airport taxi we needed and awoke to wait with us as we came down. Very pleasant people. The only drawback I could see is that you must use the stairs to the elevator, which only descends to the top floor.
