We stayed 4 nights and very convenience to stay as home. Location is close to everything and worth for the paid price. The hotel breakfast is just nice even not much variety. I personally recommend to stay at La Renta Hotel & Spa

Kami bersenang-senang di La Renta Hotel. Meskipun kamar kami kecil, tapi sangat tenang. Terletak di tengah kota tua Hanoi, di sini Anda dapat berjalan-jalan dengan baik dan menikmati makanan lezat di setiap sudut. Seluruh staf hotel sangat ramah.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Lucy for her considerate and patient assistance. She assisted us in organizing airport transfers and our journeys to halong bay and sapa. Lucy has always been kind, considerate, and patient. Her excellent english skills made our communication smooth and seamless. Kamarnya kecil, tapi tepat di sebelah restoran cepat saji Cina favorit saya. Tempat tidurnya juga sangat bersih. Yang paling penting, sarapannya sangat enak, terdiri dari markisa, sosis, dan bacon. Saya merekomendasikannya.

Lokasi yang sangat bagus di pusat kota, di kota tua, dekat Danau Hoan Kiem. Anda berada tepat di tengah keramaian dan hiruk pikuk. Karena itu, klakson sepeda selalu ada di kamar. Penerimaan sangat hangat dan membantu. Tidak ada yang tersisa untuk Anda. Komunikasi tidak rumit melalui WhatsApp. Ruangannya kecil tapi di sekitarnya baik-baik saja. The hotel is quite basic. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, are very nice and very friendly. The room was a bit small, but the reason is that the building has been renovated so all the rooms now have their own bathroom. Much better than a large room with a shared bathroom. Unfortunately, there were no windows in our room. Breakfast is also quite basic, nothing to complain about but nothing to praise. I had a very good sleep because it was quiet, towels were changed every day even when not really necessary, and the air conditioning made the room nice and cool. Good value for money, but as i said, basic room.

If given the chance, i will make another reservation at this hotel. It is not too noisy and is very close to hanoi bar street. The signboard is unclear. The room is small but adequate. Excellent lodging quality.

The old quarter location, close to the lake, lots of restaurants and massage parlors, is ideal. Our room has a balcony where we occasionally have drinks and food while looking out over the world beneath us. The reception staff, especially ms. Lucy, are very helpful. She even helped me book a table at a restaurant when i had a problem with my instagram. She also organized a wonderful trip to ninh binh with a trusted company. Book this hotel for its comfort and great service and you wont regret it.

The staff named tan is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are boutique but very clean. Situated right in the middle of the old quarter, it is buzzing with life. 5 minutes walk from the puppet theatre and 10 minutes walk to train streetm.

I will definitely stay here again if i return to hanoi and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Amazing hotel for the price! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your time with them is as comfortable as possible. We originally had 3 nights booked but ended up extending and they upgraded our room for us. Some rooms are a little snug but thats because they have renovated so everyone can have their own bathroom. Breakfast is a small buffet of fruit and toast with coffee and tea and you can order something from the menu such as pancakes, eggs, pho, chicken instant noodles and the eggs are very delicious.
