It was my wedding anniversary, the hotel upgrade my room and give a cake and suprise decoration with flower and baloon. It was thoughtful and amazing.

I have been here for two nights and its definitely worth it. We were quite high in the building facing the side street and didnt hear much noise at night or early morning if you are a light sleeper i would still recommend bringing earplugs. Breakfast is quite good with a variety of salty and sweet options. The service is excellent. They are very kind and make you feel at home. They will help you with any request you have. Cons - nothing. I think its one of the best options around.

Will stay here again on my next visit. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tracy in particular was very helpful in recommending a great cafe in kafeville.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we could have needed. We had a few minor issues with our room and the staff were very gracious and fixed the problem, even arranging a room at another hotel when they were booked out. The service far exceeds anything we have experienced. The rooms were nice except for some mold in the shower, but the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was great with a good variety of a la carte and buffet options. The location is amazing! Yes, its not in the old quarter, but its only a 10 minute walk away and your not stuck in the busy chaos. There is a great hair salon and nail salon right next to the hotel, as well as a laundry just opposite. Michelin guide restaurant right next door and the hotel rooftop bar, although a bit expensive for vietnam, were the best. Lovely, great cocktails and a really nice atmosphere with a great local live band.

Namun, apa yang terjadi di hari terakhir seharusnya tidak terjadi. Saya memesan transportasi ke bandara di resepsi. Saya mengunjungi wanita itu tiga kali untuk menanyakan apakah mereka ingin membawa kami ke bandara karena bandara kami jauh dari Hanoi. Saya bahkan datang dengan tiket pesawat. Biayanya tidak terlalu mahal. Ketika saya di jalan, saya melihat pengemudi melaju ke arah yang salah. Ketika saya perhatikan, pria itu meyakinkan saya bahwa dia mengemudi dengan baik. Selama perjalanan, terjadi perdebatan panas karena saya 100% yakin dia pergi ke tempat yang salah. Saya ingin dia membawa saya kembali ke hotel. The hotel is elegant, and the bed is comfortable. The room is clean, the restaurant is beautiful, and the best part is their service. We had an early flight and they offered to pack us breakfast because we had to check out before breakfast. We really appreciated it. The packed breakfast is shown in the second photo.

The location is excellent! So close to the old quarter yet far from the noise. The rooms are tastefully designed, the sizes arent too large, but youll find everything you need. I have never slept so well. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you and make your stay enjoyable. You should check out the lovely rooftop bar! Strongly advised.

I have been traveling around vietnam with my family. We arrived in hanoi and spent two days at le jardin before traveling across the country and staying at five other hotels. One of the hotels that stood out the most was this one. The rooms were clean, but the view was very boring, we had a valley with someones laundry hanging. Breakfast was very good, i highly recommend the chicken pho for breakfast! The staff were very nice to us and we could communicate with each other. The hotel is very central and you wont have a problem getting around. And to top it all off, it was very cheap.
