The location is also good because its farther from the center so it is quiet but close enough to walk. The staff are great, especially ms autumn who was very helpful and attentive. The rooms looked great and there was definitely a lot of effort and attention to detail in preparing the rooms. Breakfast was great. Due to the climate in the area, the room smelled a bit musty. The hotel staff gave us their humidifier to use for as long as we needed which was very nice of them.

We strongly recommend staying here! Amazing hospitality! Sue and ruby were extremely accommodating, kind, and attentive to our needs. They recommended places to go and things to do based on our group size and preferences. The hotel is conveniently located near the town center. Within walking distance of the hotel, there are many fantastic restaurants. The hotels breakfast consisted of a nice mix of western and local dishes.

We adored this hotel from the moment we arrived. Sue, chom? And the entire team is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond for you. Sue organized our bus transfers to and from the hotel. We had previously visited sapa and just wanted to unwind, so we didnt take any tours. Our room was roomy and wellkept. The shower was excellent, and the bed was really comfy. The room was always cleaned to a very high standard. We appreciate you making our brief visit a memorable one. Will undoubtedly return.

Kondisi kamar yang katanya upgrade buruk sekali. Kamar lembab dan bau, kasur lembab, lembab jadi saya coba nyalakan AC tapi AC di remote control tidak berfungsi. Ini pertama kalinya saya tidur senyaman ini di hotel.

An honest review of the hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. Renting motorcycles, recommending guides and restaurants, laundry, etc. The hotel is small and nice, but it feels a bit worn down. The room was a bit worn out, the towels, linens and blinders were not completely clean, one night there were small blood stains on one linen. Breakfast was alright, eggs and pancakes cooked to order. The fresh fruit was great, but the coffee was not. The hotel is in a great location if you want to stay away from the noisy, busy and sometimes annoying central part of town. But it takes 15 minutes to walk uphill to the central area, which we did daily happily, but we like walking. Anyway, its a good hotel with nice people, but the quality of the rooms and equipment is lacking. I understand that reviews are important, but being asked 3 times to write a 10 star review on booking makes me not want to do that and it is also dishonest.

Positives include a short walk to the city center in a quieter area of town, and fantastic restaurants right next door to the hotel. However, given how narrow this heavily trafficked road is, this walk may not be suitable for everyone. The common areas and rooms are spotless. Extremely comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning and heating in the rooms, and a wellstocked bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast is adequate with both western and local options, which is uncomfortable after a day of activities and the weather is chilly outside. It was quite disappointing when other reviews have praised this aspect. The rooms door is hollow and not thick enough, and if other guests converse outside the hallway or return late, it can be very noisy. In general, i gave it 5 stars because it was good value for money given the competitive room rates i had paid. However, if youre looking for luxury, this is not a luxury, just to manage expectations. I also suggest that one area for improvement is to assist the staff in improving their english or pronunciation, as it can be challenging to comprehend them at times.

A true jewel of a hotel in sapa. I felt love in this hotel, everything is perfect. The rooms are very well designed, very comfortable beds, lots of hot water, ac works well, breakfast buffet is delicious. I never met a friendly and cute staff like this before. I and my fiance went on our honeymoon, they made many special things for us. To be honest, this touch my heart, a real gem!.

The hotel isnt very large, but the socalled quadruple room isnt as big as expected. The bed is 1.5 meters. But the breakfast, service, and hygiene are very satisfactory. The front desk service is very polite and i am satisfied.
