1. I didn't like the floor inside shower cubicle, yhey need to be roughened urgently so avoid then being slippery when bathing. 2. There is a dog which barked continously early hours of the morning making noise, that should be managed. 3. The Rottonrow hotel is the best comparing to Samora. Everything from the strong beds, walls, floors, lights is just classy and moving along with time

Nyasha was very friendly and he made our ceck in process very flawless. The room was not air conditioned and the fan was hardly helpful. Overrally we had a great stay

Not even a gesture for new years to their guests, even a small chocolate. Most of the rooms are the same but different prices in terms of space, rooms are clean but really expensive

There was half a toilet roll,no extras, had to ask for more,the room was not as seen on the picture, had booked superior only to be told that it is only found at the sister hotel which is down the road,.was given standard double room.they did not say till it was asked about.no cleaning services even came to ask if the room needs to be cleaned, some things need to be improved, not worth the price at least breakfast should be included.nothing to even clean splashed water from the shower,
