If you don't want your accounts merged, you must change your phone numbers on Blibli, tiket.com, and RANCH, so each will have a different number.

What happens if my phone number is linked to different accounts with different email addresses?

A phone number could be recycled if it has exceeded its active period. In that case, the mobile service provider deactivates and reassigns the number to someone else. As a result, two users can register the same phone number to two different accounts. That's why two accounts might be registered with the same phone number on Blibli and tiket.com.
During this account merger, as long as you have the phone number, you can claim it as yours and the other user won’t be able to use it anymore.
I only have one account. Will my account be merged?
If you only have one account on either the Blibli, tiket.com, or RANCH apps before the Account Merging period, then your account will not be merged. But it will remain registered in the Blibli Tiket ecosystem and will be used on all three apps.
I want my account to be used only on one application. Is that possible?
Since the Account Merging, it's impossible to have an account that can be used only on one app. All accounts registered in the Blibli Tiket ecosystem can be used on the Blibli, tiket.com, and RANCH apps.
If you don't want to use all the apps on the Blibli Tiket ecosystem, you can use one of them according to your needs.
What will happen if I create a new account in the Blibli Tiket ecosystem?

If my account can be merged, will my BlibliPay wallet be automatically connected?
Your BlibliPay will be automatically connected into one if the phone numbers in your accounts are the same and verified. But, your BlibliPay will not be connected if your phone numbers are different.

The Terms and Conditions of Blibli Tiket Account Merging (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to users as parties who use the Company's services ("Users"), which are provided by PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk. (“Blibli”), PT Global Tiket Network (“tiket.com”), PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk. (“Ranch”), and/or other Blibli Groups at a later date. All of Blibli, tiket.com, and Ranch are referred to as the “Company”. By accessing these Terms and Conditions, the User states that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to the terms and conditions and privacy policy on each Company Site.
