2. When can I claim the voucher?

Each voucher will have a different claim period. Please pay attention to each voucher claim time or date inside each voucher card.

 

3. How long does the voucher last?

Each voucher type will have a different validity period with at least 1 month since the voucher code is generated.

 

4. Can I transfer the voucher to another account?

No, the reward voucher is locked in your account. Make sure the account that you use to redeem the voucher is the same as the account used to purchase the plane ticket.

 

5. Where can I see the reward voucher?
