Domestic flight tickets booked via tiket.com include the option of adding the tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule feature, which cannot be purchased separately and for all passengers in one booking.

Cancellation or schedule changes can be requested via the Your Orders page on the tiket.com app, with a minimum submission of 24 hours before departure.
Ticket cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the tiket 100% Refund, which you can read on the tiket 100% Refund info page.

Schedule change requests include changes to the airlines, route, and departure date, can be requested up to 24 hours before departure and a maximum of 1 year after the departure date of the original ticket, subject to availability and policies of the airlines.

Schedule changes do not include changes to passenger names and travel destinations.

For tickets covered under two different booking codes, passengers can request refunds or reschedule separately for each ticket. If the ticket has already been partially used, only the unused ticket can be canceled or rescheduled.

Each order is only eligible for one cancellation or schedule change request. Orders that have undergone schedule changes by the passenger are not eligible for cancellation and refund benefits from the tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule feature. Instead, the cancellation and refund process will follow the rules set by each airline.

For schedule change requests, there may be additional fees that passengers have to bear, where the amount of surcharge may differ for each passenger.

tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule feature does not apply to users who have checked in or performed web check-in, made ticket changes either through their own request or from the airline, and directly canceled with the airline.

Refunds or schedule changes received by users do not include additional fees (add-ons) such as paid insurance, baggage, meals, seat selection on the plane, installment fees to the bank, PayLater fees, and service fees from tiket.com.

If the transaction is made using a gift voucher/promo code/subsidy, the benefits of the tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule feature cannot replace the value of that subsidy and from the gift voucher/promo code/subsidy, and cannot be reused. However, any Blibli Tiket Points that have been used will be refunded back to the point balance.

tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule feature is not associated with any insurance company. This feature is specifically designed and developed by tiket.com for its users.

tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule feature only applies to ticket purchases made using the Indonesian Rupiah currency.

If there is a schedule change by the airline, then the tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule feature can be transferred to a new ticket with benefits equivalent to the price of the original ticket.

The refund process for tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule is subject to the Refund Terms and Conditions.

The customer hereby declares that the use of the funds from the refund process is not related to money laundering activities, financing terrorism, or other illegal or criminal activities. Customers expressly declare that they are fully responsible for any use of the funds.

tiket.com reserves the right to take necessary actions without prior notice if there are indications of fraudulent activities by the user.

tiket.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule feature at any time without prior notice.

These terms and conditions are available in both Indonesian and English. In case of any discrepancies in interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
