Dengan harga yang nggak bisa dibilang mahal dan murah juga. Tapi kebetulan yang saya dapatkan justru kamar seperti ini, closet duduk juga lepas penutupnya, shower juga sedikit rusak. Agak kecewa sebetulnya. Untungnya penginapan ini cukup strategis lokasinya, mudah dan dekat kemana-mana. Staff juga ramah. Hanya saja mungkin owner bisa tingkatkan lagi untuk kebersihan kamar dan kesesuaian seperti di gambar yang diiklankan. Sayang kalau gak diperbaiki, saya lihat penginapan ini cukup diminati soalnya.

Pemilik usaha, wajib turun tangan! Booking jauh hari via tiket.com, bahkan saya menghubungi pihak penginapan langsung sebelum hendak booking. Tapi ketika cek in, saya dapati kamar R2 kondisinya, (nilai saja sendiri) Dari waktu saya cek in, 1. Gantungan baju tidak ada, padahal pasti dibutuhkan. Resepsionis bilang gak ada kamar lainnya, dan kamarnya sudah sesuai. Mau bagaimana lagi, saya sudah capek perjalanan jauh.. 2. Kamar mandi terdapat black mold, dan itu bahaya buat kesehatan apalagi yang punya riwayat asma. 3. Handuk tidak layak sebagai fasilitas penginapan, untung saya selalu bawa handuk. 4. Lantai kamar kotor, jangankan di pel, di sapu rutin pun rasanya sudah lama, tengoklah bawah ranjang. 5. Sprei, selimut, bantal cukup bau seperti bekas tamu sebelum hari saya menginap. Lain-lain seperti posisi stop kontak, lampu-lampu, posisi furniture, saya masih bisa abaikan. Saya gak punya pilihan.. Tapi satu hal ini yang bikin saya marah, yaitu pegawai SDM rendah yang tidak tau diri, tempat mereka bekerja dijadikan seperti tempat tongkrongan mereka pribadi dengan putar music dangdut keras terdengar dari kamar, merokok dengan bebasnya yang membuat ruangan lobby sangat menyengat bau rokok, dan nongkrong ramai sampai larut malam. Tanpa rasa malu, mereka berbuat seperti itu di tempat kerja. Apakah pemilik usaha tidak memperhatikan? Gunanya CCTV untuk apa? Atau memang sengaja dibiarkan seperti itu? Saya marah karena istirahat saya terganggu, ada entah tamu lain atau siapa menutup pintu keras-keras, dan ketika saya tegur ketiga pegawai ( 1 perempuan, 2 laki-laki) tidak lagi terdengar gebrakan pintu. salah satu pegawai laki-laki itu bahkan menunjukkan sikap menahan emosi, terlihat jelas dari kedutan kantong mata dan ekspresinya. Tanpa ada kata maaf, hanya mengangguk diam, seolah saya yang semena-mena. Apakah tempat seperti ini layak disebut penginapan? Dan lebih parahnya lagi, pihak penginapan masih berusaha membela diri, lewat balasan pada ulasan saya di Google. Sangat memalukan!Popular Facilities
